According to the Genesys documentation:
AWS S3 recording bulk actions integration
After you add the integration, create or edit a policy to enable Export Recording with Integration, or alternatively, invoke the Recording Bulk Job API to bulk export the set of recordings you need.
I am using Export Recording with Integration and have created a policy to export a period in the past, checking "Export copy of recordings" and selecting the AWS S3 bulk export integration that was set-up. I know the Genesys <> S3 integration is working since I see Genesys create a test file in the S3 bucket when it was set-up:
"This object created to validate activation of PureCloud integration ......."
However, I never see the recordings uploaded for the selected time period show up in the S3 bucket for the enabled policy, even after waiting a few days.
Is there a way to see what the status of the enabled Genesys Policy is and why it hasn't triggered? (or if triggered, why it failed to copy over any known recordings that exist during the selected time period)?
