    we are trying to sync the Azure AD users into Genesys using SCIM.

    we have got the test users synced. However, when the actual users were rolled out, lots of them received skipped and failed on Azure AD.
    The difference between the synced accounts and non-sync accounts was the Defulat 'home' division was changed to something else.

    My question:

    Is this a known issue or by design users have to be part of the 'Home' division?
    Is there any way we can fix this, so non-home division users will also be synced?

    By default, if you use SCIM for provisioning and you don't define the division, it will use HOME as the agent's division.  You need to make sure you are using this mapping with exact name of Division, including caps.  Note the FULL URN is required.
