Hi Team,
Is there any architecture or document which can help understand the genesys web messenger and google dialogflow cx integration. Which will actually show how the message sent in web messenger goes to genesys or to the bot created in dialogflow cx and comes back. Expecting a diagram or information on the backend part of it.
