Does anyone know if this came out?  We'd love to add some internal jargon and such but I don't see this option.

Interesting choice to have such a feature in the Developer tools.  Would have thought this would have been an option under Quality in Genesys Cloud.  Will there be any future updates to make this tool incorporated into the UI, rather than an API?  Feel like Quality Assessors who might not have access to these tools wont be able to make dictionary alterations/suggestions so easily.

I completely agree.  We certainly expected it to be added to the UI. It just makes sense to be with Quality and Topics and such.

How's progress on getting backend dictionary support to the UI progressing? I haven't seen anything on any recent release notes even mention it.

Our previous vendor had it available and I am disappointed to see that it is not available in your UI.
