Summary
For roles with the Conversation > Call > Add permission, the following six permissions will be added:
- Telephony > Station > Disassociate
- Telephony > Others' phone associations > Edit
- Telephony > Others' phone associations > View
- Telephony > User's phone associations > Edit
- Telephony > User's phone associations > View
- Conversation > Call Forwarding > View

This backfill will enable existing users to continue to have access to the listed APIs once user station permissions checking goes live.
No impact once backfill is completed. Preserves existing functionality.
