  • 1.  Barge-in Is Too Effective

    We are having an issue that the Barge-in feature is too sensitive. Basically, if there is background noise during the interaction the barge-in is triggered then send the member back through the menu options. Does anyone know how to adjust this feature so it is less sensitive?

    I don't believe there is a limit to the age of voicemails, only a setting for the maximum number of minutes for each.  I have one that is nearly 5 years old sitting in my inbox for demo purposes.

    No, it's either on or off.  If your flows are DTMF only, you can disable speech rec.  Background noise gets picked up as speech, never DTMF.
