The transcription "tab" is at the bottom of the knowledge and canned responses and doesn't have much screen real estate there. So you only at best get to see maybe a sentence or couple of sentences at a time. Maybe that's by design but it doesn't seem ideal.

Formal release is very close, but unfortunately isn't on track for this week. We should be able to make a formal announce shortly. We will have two options:
- Digital Only
- Omni (voice and digital)
We do not offer a voice only option. Pricing will be released when we achieve GA -- which is imminent. @Sean Rooney for any additional thoughts.
