    Hi everyone!

    We're excited to announce that we have recently released our latest evolution in Co-browse, Co-browse for Web Messaging (DIG-I-605). This feature allows for customers engaged in a Web Messaging conversation to share their browser screen with the agent they're working with, which can be helpful in the event the customer cannot find a certain area of the website or needs help completing a complex form or task. Agents will propose the Co-browse session and customers must accept the proposal before the Co-browse will begin. During the session, there are a number of useful features such as click-to-highlight, drawing annotations, and even the ability for agents to request control of the customer's cursor. This feature is available for Genesys Cloud 2 and Genesys Cloud 3 licensed users at this time.
