  • 1.  Blank Call Interaction Panel

    The Call Interaction panel is blank for my agents, but when I (admin) test I can see the caller's phone number along with the queue. Is there a permission that I need to assign to my agents for them to be able to see information about the call? Included screenshots for comparison.
