We have a requirement from client to block hold/resume button in Geneyss purecloud call control. Kindly anyone tell how can we do this.

As far as I know, it is not possible to hide or block the hold/resume call controls. You can request new features and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/
For questions related to features and configurations, I would suggest to raise your questions on the Genesys Cloud CX Community forum.
