    I am looking to see if anyone knows a way to block faxes from going into queue and screeching in my agent's ear when they answer the interactions. With out previous system I could block incoming faxes. I can't figure out how to do it with PureCloud.

    Throwing this here as a misc. topic

    We do not provide a setting to configure this since we shouldn't let faxes into a queue to begin with. We are going to try and reproduce this and we may need to fix something on our end to prevent it from happening. Thanks for reporting.

    I would be happy to update my open ticket with interaction examples if that will help your team in finding a way to prevent faxes from entering the queue. My agents would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you for the offer. We have investigated it on our end and found that this will require some development effort. There's currently not a way to prevent this from occurring. I'll file a ticket on your behalf.
