  • 1.  Bot Flow in Chinese, Chinese (Hong Kong) and Korean

    Posted 03-21-2024 13:30

    Hello everyone!
I need to develop a BOT FLOW on Genesys Cloud in Chinese, Chinese (Hong Kong) and Korean.
However, I have seen that Message Flow supports these three languages but the BOT FLOW does not support them.

How can I solve my problem?

I will be grateful for your help.

    Thanks in advance

Genesys is actively working to support these languages, but until then (maybe later in the year), you might have to use Google DialogFlow or Nuance Mix.

    Hi Serena,

I recommend this article, it gives a very good overview of witch language is supported in which aspect of the product:

Unfortunately, the languages you are looking for are not yet supported in bot flows. So Robert is correct, you would have to add a third party solution via AppFoundry.

    Hi Serena,

Chinese and Korean are under active development, we expect to have a release at the end of April.

I would be happy to keep in touch with you directly, and make sure you are set up to start testing and using the languages as soon as they are ready.

    thanks,

    Patrick
