Hi,
I use webMessaging websocket to communicate from my own platform with my Genesys Bot. At some point there are multiple bot messages arrive in a row. But the order of the bot messages is different than how it was specified in the Bot Flow.
What is the suggested solution to handle this to have the bot messages in the correct order?

Hello @SzabolcsGergye are you using our native Genesys Bot Flows or do you have 3rd party Bot integration? Are you also trying to pass some images along with messages, or just simple text messages?

Hi @Angelo_Cicchitto, Thanks for your quick answer! We are developing a connector between our chatbot testing platform (Cyara - Botium) and Genesys. I think basically the native Genesys Bot Flows will be used. The messages types depend on the bot under testing, but most probably simple text and rich content messages either. So I try to cover both the simple test messages and the rich content messages either.

Please let us have a link to your testing website, to check directly why messages are going out of order. We do have some logic in place to adjust message ordering, but would need to double-check. You can DM me if it's easier. Thanks.
