Hi,
What happens to users that have already on Purecloud via the Bridge Server when we switch to Azure? Will we get duplicate users?

Since the users are already matched by email address between AD and Bridge, migration to the SCIM provisioning app should be a no-op. When the Azure provisioning app does it's initial sync, it will find the users it's supposed to be syncing already exist in PureCloud. Assuming there are no changes to the users between the time the Bridge connector is disabled and the Azure app syncs, there should be nothing for it to do.
Just as an FYI, usernames are required to be unique within a PureCloud org, so there should be no way to get duplicate users with the same username.
