Hi, does anyone have any experience with integrating a BSL option into Genesys?  I'm not sure if this is possible natively but hoping someone may have a suggestion?  

We currently outsource to a third party but would like to know if there is an option to bring this in house through Genesys.

Until Genesys supports native support for video, you will only be able to accomplish this with a 3rd-party app from AppFoundry.  Here are a few:
