Hello,
I created a group in Genesys, and added a user as an owner and a member. I then Enabled Calls, assigned a DID to the group and enabled voicemails. The issue I am having is according to Genesys documentation the group owner should be able to record the greeting, however when the group owner pulls up the group, it shows the voicemails as off and he is unable to record a greeting. When I go there as a System Administrator, voice mails is turned on, and I can record a greeting.
Is there some other setting needed to allow a group owner to record a greeting? The below is what I found in the documentation for groups with voicemail.
When you turn on voicemail, Genesys Cloud enables a default greeting. To use a custom greeting, do one of the following things:
