    Hello,

    There is a bug in Genesys Cloud !

    When you create a new script and before entering the name of it, there is a small (hidden) region at the same page and if you click on it, then you will be redirected to the Performance/Overview section automatically.

    I got the same bug in 2 different organizations.

    I would like to inform you and find out if you have the same behavior in your organization.

    Hi,

    Just checked on two customers and found the same issue you're describing.

    We are in Argentina and Genesys Cloud instances created in US East zone.

    The only way to get Genesys to do something about a bug is to open a case with Care and get it escalated to Development for verification as a bug.
