Sorry - I have no idea where this should be reported. Feel free to forward this on and close the topic. -Or leave a comment as to where bug reports should be sent. :)
Log in to apps.mypurecloud.com, click on Admin at the top, click on the link for Oauth - you get a blank page. Click on Admin at the top again, click on Integrations and then click on Oauth in the sidebar and everything is fine.

In the future, all product bugs should be reported by opening a ticket with the PureCloud Care team.
