    Hi Guys,

    Is there a way bulk delete default phones assigned to our agents so that they won't get phone calls even if they're offline?

    Thanks Zino. How about an API/script to run the list of the agents that has default phone assigned to their profiles?

    Our Bluprints provide detailed instructions and open source code repositories to assist custom integrations with third-party products and complex solutions within Genesys Cloud. I'm not aware of any scripts to perform your specific task but it will be worth taking a look at existing blueprints for insight!
