  • 1.  Bulk import External contacts logging?

    I am trying to import around 18k external contacts. I am only using External ID, Contact First Name, Contact Last Name, Contact Work Email, Contact Address 1, Contact Address 2, Contact City, Contact State, Contact Postal Code, and Contact Country Code

    I get a message stating it was successful, but when I do a search for 1 of the contacts, its not there. Spot checking the list and none of them are there. I am assuming something is causing it to fail, but I cant find any error log. 

    I did a test with only the first record and that's also not importing. Is there a char limit on External contact id? Mine are all 12 chars. 

    How can I troubleshoot this?

    Check the Console and Network logs in your browser to see if any errors show up regarding the import.
