Hi Chris,
I am not aware of any changes/deprecations that would cause this. The best thing to do would be to capture the Network logs when making the change and see if there are any issues highlighted in the log. If you still cant see what is causing this then I would raise a case with Genesys Product Support and provide them the network logs so they can investigate what is causing this.
