    I am looking for an option to extract bulk recording usage of speech analytics.

    Please tell me the best possible way to do.

    That's not a feature of Genesys Cloud, yet.

    Voci V-Spark is speech tool right,

    if yes we have tool in our cluster need inputs as bulk recordings for improvement.

    Transportation of recordings to another AWS S3 bucket privately managed is possible. More information here: 
    https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-the-aws-s3-recording-bulk-actions-integration/

    Depending on your end use case this also may be valid.

    @Cameron Smith do you know the file format that is saved to AWS? I looked all over the Resource Doc and could not find what it would be saving to.

    The format of the exported recording is the same as the original recording - it's not transcoded to a different format.

    Thanks @Lesley Vereen, let me rephrase ;) I did not ask that clearly. The client has this set up and the policy does look to be applying to the interactions, but the client is not able to find them in the S3 Bucket. Any idea where it saves to? Does it just pop them in that "folder" in S3?​

    Yes - once their S3 bucket is configured and the integration is activated the recordings should be exported directly into their S3 bucket.  If they are still not seeing them after they verify that it's set up and activated I suggest that they open a support ticket to help troubleshoot.
