Hi everyone, we have noticed that if you are using the Bulk CSV import of users for an org and you add a DID and an EXT it will add both items on the same entry of Work Phone. 


The addition on the EXT was delivered though this Idea (ALREADY DELIVERED IDEA) PureCloud Ideas Labhttps://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLPLA-I-459

However, it does not function as you would expect. It actually seems to be a one or the other option. You can have either the DID OR the EXT, if you add both it will add it just fine to the field, but it will cause an error because you cannot add the DID and EXT to one phone entry. 

Please go vote on this if you have the extra vote. We need this fixed for when we do bulk imports of new organizations so we do not have to go step back through the users (sometimes hundreds) to add the EXTs in the correct line. https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLSELF-I-282

That sounds like it might be considered a bug, since the example in the Resource Center shows adding both a work phone and an extension for the same user in the .csv.

Have you tried adding the DID only and then rerunning the file with the DID blank and an EXT in it? This updates the non-blank data for the existing users and may be a workaround for your issue.
