Genesys Cloud - Developer Announcements!

We're continuing our work toward a more modular framework, and as part of that, we've made a small but important change to the Users page.

With this update, the Email and Call buttons have been removed from the Person Details tab when a user is selected.
These functions remain available in all the usual places, including the user's profile page, search results, and the directory.

This change helps us establish a clear separation between main stage and side stage actions in the new navigation, creating a more consistent distinction between administrative duties and unified communications.

It is part of a broader effort to decompose and streamline areas of the platform, ensuring it becomes more reliable, accessible, and secure moving forward.

You can expect this change to be in production from the week of the 17th of November.
