  • 1.  BYOC Cloud - Ports allowed on Carrier side FW

    Hey All,

    Need a bit of guidance here, We are preparing for a BYOC Cloud deployment where the customer has an on-prem SBC that would be our Carrier device to connect to the Cloud Edge.

    Traffic between Cloud Edge and on prem SBC needs to be allowed on the FW.

    This page (byoc-cloud-public-sip-ip-addresses/) talks about IPs, which is fine, however there is no mention of ports.

    Would it be (udp/16384-32768) & (tcp/5061,5060) ?

    Hi Hassan,

    For BYOC Cloud - media - udp/16384-32768, and for SIP protocol UDP/TCP/TLS configured in the trunk.
