    Hi community,

    If we set up a trunk from our SBC to the cloud edge using TLS, is mTLS (mutual TLS) supported?

    Whenever we enable mTLS on the audiocodes SBC, our TLS handshake doesn't seem to work?

    Hi,

    We've recently done this kind of setup.  Our client's Genesys Cloud Org (Dev) only supports BYOC Cloud and they happen to have an AudioCodes SBC on-premises which they are using for their Production GC Org.

    We just followed the documentation here:  TLS trunk transport protocol specification - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    We can do Inbound and Outbound calls from Genesys Cloud to AudioCodes and vice versa.

    At first, Genesys Cloud cannot do Outbound calls going to AudioCodes SBC.  It worked when the "TLS Mutual Authentication" was enabled on the SBC.
