    Hi Genesys Cloud Community, 

    For those of you implementing Bring Your Own Key / Local Key Management, here's a quick tip: if your security folks disable a set of keys, either for testing or for an actual security event, recordings that have already been listened to have been cached and would remain accessible for the cache period of 7 days.

    So if you are testing, be sure to try to listen to recordings that haven't been reviewed yet. Those have not been unencrypted and would remain inaccessible.
