  • 1.  Bypass Confirmations in Bot Flows

    Is there anyway to bypass a Confirmation message in a Bot flow? Our customer doesn't what the confirmation message read back to their customer. Just accept the utterance for the intent and move on.

    System is waiting on a "yes/no" so just adding blank audio will not help.

    What is your confidence level set for? How many utterances do you have per intent?  You should not get a confirmation if the confidence is low enough and you have enough utterances for the intent.
