Hello Rihab,
The number of committed is set by your CSM or Sales rep.
The billing API does not pull this info as you have seen.
The date range also goes by the billing month and not the 1st through the end of the month.
There are several ideas to help better enhance the billing API, I would recommend getting in the ideas lab and provide your ideas as well.

We are looking to review the number of Genesys Cloud CX Concurrent User licenses in "Committed", but the only available Billing API (GET /api/v2/billing/reports/billableusage) provides data only for concurrent licenses, not specifically for Committed licenses.
Additionally, the date range used in the API is not customizable, making it difficult to accurately count licenses from the 1st to the end of the month.

Is there any method or workaround to retrieve the exact number of Committed Genesys Cloud CX Concurrent User licenses as displayed in the Billing interface of Genesys?
