In our company Quality admin in each division is selecting already evaluated contacts for calibrations manually. There are too many policy based evaluations/calibrations created and too ofter the contacts are not long enough or even recorded. So in our company for both evaluations and calibrations we are switching to Ad-hoc.

I am looking for advice from anyone using calibration policies please?
As you can't define a quantity or frequency for a calibration policy, I am wondering how this is managed. I have added in as much matching criteria as I can to narrow this down, but as you can imagine testing has shown lots of calibrations being created as a result of the policy. It appears the administrative work in deleting unwanted calibrations is just as much as manually finding a suitable interaction. I just wondered if I am missing a trick?
