Hi Team ,
Is it possible to alert agents with continuous beep sound or chirp sound when they are already taking call and 2nd call is coming to them as an interaction ?
Scenario:
Agent 1 (On Queue and interacting) || Second interaction as consult transfer from Agent 2
{Continuous alert indicating a second call is coming in } Agent 1 hears the sound and picks up the consult call (as it might be an emergency situation) putting the other call on hold.
Please advise.
