Hello Community,
Is there any way to give customer an option to answer or reject a callback which was initiated by customer? Like, when a customer initiates a callback, later agent calls back, when customer answers the call, can we give a prompt saying, "This is the callback from XYZ, would you like to accept or reject". If accepts, it will connect or the whole callback interaction disconnects from the queue. Can we configure this?
