  • 1.  Call button (merge option)

    Today when doing this process I am not given the option to "merge" the call (only options are to mute, hold or end call)

    I went back to old Genesys version and utilized the "calls" button and have the "merge" option.

    FYI @Dionne Dodds - Looks like others have raised this issue here. Genesys acknowledge the issue and says they are working on a fix for next week.
