Can anyone offer some insight as to why our agents would continuously see Interactions (in history) with a duration of 9min59sec, coming from the same external participants phone number - all with the disconnect reason being 'Endpoint'. This is only during our CLOSED hours so no users are attached, no recorded voice or voicemail attached. The interaction type is a 'call Callback' so i would assume this is a callback request if not for the fact that we do not offer this service, not even in open hours. We only launched a week ago, so ironing out the process still, but i cannot seem to find any information on this type of interaction.
