Is it possible to call a data action from a script, or conversely to route a chat interaction through architect to call the data action? We have a data action that looks up contact data in a 3rd party CRM. For calls and emails, we do the lookup in architect then set a screenpop with the results of the lookup. Now the customer is wanting to do the same screenpop but with chats.

Yes. It's in the script actions.

No, chats only go to queues currently.
