yes, in my case the error only occured when the called number was too long. In your case, i guess, the support will have to check your dial plan. Obviously it is not configured correctly, if the error occures every time.

Does the error occure every time or with some telephone numbers? I had a similar problem with too long numbers while doing national calls. These long numbers did not fit to the standard E.164 used by PureCloud Voice.
