Hi Husein,

Does the error occure every time or with some telephone numbers? I had a similar problem with too long numbers while doing national calls. These long numbers did not fit to the standard  E.164 used by PureCloud Voice.

Hi Husein,

yes, in my case the error only occured when the called number was too long. In your case, i guess, the support will have to check your dial plan. Obviously it is not configured correctly, if the error occures every time.

The other thing worth checking is that you're actually using the site you think you are.

I know this thread is a little old now but I would also be interested to hear what resolved this as am also experiencing similar issue.

Number Plan is in place, calls pass on the simulator, same with all calls/number lengths and all variations of the number plan, phones associated with the correct site where the number plan in question is associated etc... No edges in this deployment though. 

Experiencing this kind of issue. May I know what was the solution?

Hi Luke, the issue on our end was resolved by Genesys Dev Team. You might need to create a case for them to check your issue.
