Has anyone ever seen this and know how to remove from a user's inbox? I could confirm this evaluator had no evaluations outstanding - all are complete, however this "Redacted" eval is lingering in their inbox. As admin, I cannot see it to delete it and Genesys won't allow the evaluator to click on it. How do we delete this?
