  • 1.  Call "On hold" reminder for agents

    We would like to alert our agents to the fact that they still have a customer on hold.
    So if they're finding info or checking something with a colleague, they are reminded to check back in with the customer periodically.
    Is this something that is currently available or easily put together?
    Apologies if this has already been asked/answered - I have looked.
