    Hi everyone,
    We're working on ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and need to provide evidence related to logging access to call recordings in Genesys. Specifically, I'm trying to figure out how to retrieve or confirm the following:

    • A list of all call recording file servers

    • Proof that logging is enabled on those systems

    • Evidence that logs are being forwarded to a central logging system

    • Confirmation that logs include user name, server name, date/time of access, and the action performed (playback, download, delete, etc.)

    If anyone has already implemented this or has suggestions on how to gather this data within Genesys Cloud, your input would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!
