How do I get the call time when I transfer a consultation to an operator in the following query? /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query
It seems that both of the following ABs are accounted for in tTalk and tTalkComplete.
A: Operator-to-operator call ((3) below) B: Call time between operator and customer ((2) and (4))
(1) Incoming call from cell phone to Operator 1 (2) Call between cell phone and Operator 1 (3) Transferred from Operator 1 to Operator 2, extension call between operators (4) Transfer completed, call between cell phone and Operator 2 (5) Disconnection
Is there any way to get A and B separately and get only the time of the call with the customer?
