Hello.. I'm trying to re-route an inbound caller based on their inbound subscriber number. Then route to a problem caller Queue. Can anyone help with a decision expression that can compare call.ani to a specific number. ie. If(ToString(Call.Ani)=="xxxxxxxxxx", true, false) take "Yes" path to a problem Q?
