Hello,
Is there a way to automatically invoke a callback action to an external API once an agent finishes the call with a caller? Something similar with the Script's "Page Load Action"? like a "Page Close Action"? In our use case, we need to be informed once the agent ends the call with the caller in order to proceed with additional actions.
