    I have run into an issue that seems like it should not be occurring, but it is ;)

    In a script, you can specify that it be usable for a Callback, yet, if you receive a Callback interaction, it uses the default Callback script, not the custom designed script. I see that you can only specify on the Voice Tab of the Queue what script to be used. Any idea of a workaround on this one, or if I have missed it on the Road Map (Fingers Crossed).

    I found this on the Ideas Lab, and I feel this is very needed. Please Vote if you have the votes availalbe and are in need of this as well. - appreicated.

    Hi Angelia,

    Where is the callback being created? You can specify the callback script and pass in variables via architect flows.

    You cannot set a default on the queue though, as you mentioned.

    I figured it out, I forgot I was using a Data Action to do a special Scheduled Callback and I left out the scriptID ;)
