Hi! What is the best way to create campaign configuration taking into account following: if agent creates a schedules CB during a call and afterwards campaign is being recycled, then call is sent to agent without taking into account the fact that there is some CB scheduled for later time. If second call was successful and wrap up codes mark it as uncallable, then , when CB is sent to agent at previously scheduled time, he is not able to make a call as it has been already marked as uncallable. But how to avoid sending new call attempt after campaign recycle before scheduled CB time? If I select some wrapup code and then make a precall rule of DoNotDial for this wrapup code, then outbound attempt is not sent before scheduled CB time, but agent is still unable to make CB at needed time as systems gives error that contact is configured not to dial this number.
