Hi team,
I need your help. From the callback api, what are the parameters that resemble or return the following values:
- Total callback records
- Dialing of calls made
- Calls answered by the bot
- Calls answered by the agent
- List of contacts that are useful and those that are not useful.
- Average time it takes to contact an agent
