Hello,
Have a question regarding IVR enabled callbacks.
They are not visible in the Performance Dashboard (Schedule Callbacks) so is there API i calls to retrieve these IVR set callbacks and an action to remove/cancel them.

You should be able to find them via an analytics conversation detail query. You can test out queries using the Dev Tools Analytics Query Builder.
