    Scenario - 
    I have configured 4 DID's on the Trunk and when i am using those 4 for the caller ID of queue , i can make outbound calls on behalf of queue but when using any other number apart from it , the outbound call doesn't work.
    My question here is can we add any number on caller ID of queue or just the numbers which are configured on trunk level ?

    Hello Anamika,

    If you are able to pull the SIP pcap, you can check and see why the calls are failing. You can find more info in the following article from the Resource Center:

    For your CallerID question, you might want to review this article and make some more adjustments to the trunk configuration.

    Hi Anamika,

    Typically, the SIP providers will only allow outbound calls that present one of the numbers owned by you.

    Any other number would result in a call failure.
