The only way to change the outbound caller ID is through the Trunk settings. Now, Architect cannot send on behalf of a queue or user and all Architect calls transfer out using the default site of the ORG, so you are kind of limited of having specific routes on the default site over different trunks with different caller ID numbers. Kind of messy no matter how you try. Wish we had outbound caller ID manipulation like we had in PureConnect or like Talkdesk.
