    All,

    on an outbound campaign is it possible for the customer to call the CLI displayed on their phone when the outbound call is delivered ?. If this is possible how is it done ?.

    Each campaign (and with a Pre-call Rule), each dial of the contact can have its own OLI (outbound line identifier or Caller ID) and name, but it is up the carrier to respect that setting and send it along to the end carrier.  Genesys Cloud Voice allows for this.
